PC Hill, otherwise known as Tawantawan, is a 90-foot stone fort overlooking the city. It is now home of the Cotabato City Internal Defense Command. The fort served as a watchtower for natives where they can easily detect enemy assault. A panoramic view of the city and the Rio Grande de Mindanao can be seen at the top of the hill.

PC Hill is located in Barangay Poblacion I, Cotabato City and is accessible to most land vehicles.
