The Haunted House on Champaca Street

Juna Subdivision is home to an alleged haunted house. The old abandoned house is located in Champaca Street of the said subdivision. At first, rumors about ghosts appearing in the house spread within Juna Subdivision: most especially to students of the Philippine Women's College of Davao, the school nearest to the place. Some of the subdivision's inhabitants are even claimed to have had enough of the paranormal activity. As time passed, rumors slowly spread across the city and more and more people became curious of the haunted house and started visiting it at night.

The haunted house is currently owned by no one and anyone may enter as they wish, or dare.
